Our international seminar “The New Era of Real Estate Modeling”, hosted by FIG Commission 9, Neapolis University in Pafos, and the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, has come to a close – and what an event it was!
With around 40 participants from academia, public institutions, and
professional practice, we explored cutting-edge topics in AVMs, AI,
CAMA, BIM, data-driven taxation systems and innovative technologies such
as blockchain and intelligent agents in valuation. From insightful
keynotes and deep-dive sessions to a hands-on cadastral visit in
Nicosia, the event offered both high-level expertise and a wonderfully
collegial spirit.
It was a truly unforgettable experience – full of inspiration, new
connections, and shared purpose.
