Abstract

The authors focused on chosen economic conditions affecting public real estate resources management. In this paper general rules of public resources management are presented. Special attention was paid to estimation of economic efficiency. Own studies conducted in 1992-2008 in Poland, Belarus and Ukraine were used. As a result, conclusions can be universal for Central and Eastern European countries.
