Experience
Andrew has extensive experience of quantity surveying, construction
economics and dispute management having worked for owners, consultants and
contractors in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Africa and North
America.
Assignments in recent years have been predominated by projects using
PFI / PPP financing arrangements. His particular interest is the
successful implementation of major infrastructure projects using the
appropriate strategy from the full range of procurement and funding
alternatives.
Current appointment
He is Managing Director of CCM Associates the Quantity Surveying and
Commercial Management consultancy that he founded in 1987.

of its Working Group 10.3 – Construction Procurement.
- Active in ICES affairs and management 1975 – 1979 and 1987 – 1997
ranging from regional publicity officer to national publications and
professional practice committees with two periods as a
Director/Trustee of the Institution’s Council of Management.
- Chair Elect of FIG Commission 10 since 2004 and Chair 2006-2010.
